CANCELLATION POLICY [APPLICABLE ONLY BEFORE SHIPMENT]
The order can be cancelled at any point of time unless it’s get shipped. You can write-up a proper mail or a proper Whatsapp write-up, to our order and shipping team at “orders@techprobuddy.com” or “at +91 75095 58855”.
Our team will cancel your order manually and the money will be refunded to you within 3-4 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. The customer shall be required to provide us with his/her valid bank account details for refund which shall belong to him/her only. However, for transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-4 business days. It might take some additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account due to the difference banking policy of each bank. The refund shall be issued to you without any cancellation charges.

You can only cancel your order before it gets processed for being shipped as per procedure explained above. Warranty Policy: We do not offer any guarantee or warranty on our products because most of the products are technology based / electronic products / electronically mechanized products / technology drive products and we are not the manufacturers of these products.
Exchange Policy: TECHPROBUDDY E-COMMBIZ PRIVATE LIMITED (under website “Techprobuddy.com”) ensures proper inspection, quality check and video-based packaging and shipping mechanism. Each of our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they move out of our warehouse for customer delivery. However, we still stand with you for any manufacturing defects /damaged products received. For such issues, you have to write-up a proper mail or a proper Whatsapp write-up, within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of any product, to our order and shipping team at “orders@techprobuddy.com” or “at +91 75095 58855” along with sufficient and appropriate documents, photos, videos, other details. Our team shall reach out to you within a considerable time not more than 24 hours of receiving the mail from your side, to evaluate and resolve your concerns. If your issues / concerns found to be correct and eligible, you can get same fresh product(s) be delivered at your door step.
Business Days / Business Hours: 24 Hours shall mean 1 Business days and Business days shall not include Sundays and other National holidays. 24 Hours is the time for providing resolution from our side to your issues / concerns. Any further shipment of exchanged product(s) may take time as enumerated in our Order and Shipping Policy.

- Products under Daily Protection (if any) cannot be exchanged keeping in mind hygiene issues.

REFUND POLICY

In such cases refund can be issued to the account of the customer within 48 hours of making the commitment to refund.
